The “vermuteo” is one of Catalonia’s most beloved traditions — a slow, joyful moment before lunch, shared with friends, small bites and good conversation.

In this experience, we taste artisanal vermuts, learn about their botanicals, and pair them with conservas: mussels, clams, anchovies, olives and other coastal essentials.

We taste, compare, dip, smell and learn how to choose and use olive oil with intention in everyday cooking.
